These terms

By placing an order with the studio you accept these terms. They cover the sale of goods through this storefront and sit alongside the privacy policy and the shipping and returns policy.

Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after payment, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable tax. Volumes are produced in short runs, so availability changes quickly and a listing may close without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, in which case you'll be offered the corrected price or a full refund.

Payment

Payment is captured at checkout through our payment provider. We accept the methods displayed at checkout and never store full card details.

Delivery & risk

Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied at checkout.

Cancellation & returns

Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law, and our own return window for unworn pieces with tags attached is published at checkout. See the shipping and returns policy for the process.

Intellectual property

The store name, wordmark, product photography, copy and site design are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability & law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABAUZ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products through it.

These Terms and purchases made through ABAUZ are governed by applicable Latvian law and relevant European Union consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
