What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number (where provided) and order details. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never reaches our servers. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address only.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations and — where you've opted in — send you drop announcements. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it

Our commerce platform, payment provider, shipping carriers and email tool act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements. They receive only the data needed to perform their part of the service.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep your bag and session working. Analytics cookies, which measure aggregate traffic and help us improve the storefront, are only set with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for the period required by accounting law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Contact the studio and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
